1. Introduction
SGA Works LLC ("we," "us," or "our") respects the privacy of users of our mobile application "e-Games Box" (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with the App.
By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Collect Directly
The App does not directly collect personally identifiable information ("PII") such as your name, email address, phone number, postal address, or payment information.
The App does not require user registration or account creation, and does not transmit user data to any server operated by us.
2.1 Information Stored Only on Your Device
The App stores the following information solely on your device (no external transmission):
- Game progress, scores, and play history
- In-app settings (difficulty, favorites, themes, etc.)
- Photos used for in-app customization (only if you choose to)
This data is removed from your device when you uninstall the App.
2.2 Photo Library Access
The App may request access to your Photo Library.
- We access only the photos you explicitly select.
- Selected photos are processed on your device using Apple's Vision Framework (e.g., background removal). No photos are transmitted to any external server.
- Photos are stored only within the App's local storage on your device.
3. Information Collected by Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services for ad delivery and score sharing. These services may collect information under their own privacy policies.
3.1 Google AdMob (Ad Delivery)
The App uses Google AdMob, an ad delivery service provided by Google LLC. AdMob may automatically collect the following information to deliver appropriate ads:
- Advertising identifier (IDFA: Identifier for Advertisers)
- IP address (which may be used to estimate approximate location)
- Device information (model, OS version, etc.)
- Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks, etc.)
- Crash logs and diagnostic information

3.2 App Tracking Transparency (ATT)
In accordance with iOS privacy protections, the App will request your permission for app tracking on first launch (or as appropriate).
- If you select "Ask App Not to Track," personalized advertising using your IDFA will not be delivered (general advertising will still be shown).
- You can change this setting at any time via Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
3.3 Apple Game Center
The App uses Apple's Game Center service to share high scores and clear times with players around the world.
- When using Game Center, your in-game nickname (player name) associated with your Apple ID and the scores/times you achieve in the App are sent to Apple and displayed on leaderboards.

- You can disable this feature in your device's Game Center settings.
3.4 Third-Party Data Protection
We have determined that the third-party services listed in this policy (Google AdMob, Apple Game Center) provide protection for user data equivalent to or stronger than that described in this Privacy Policy. Each service handles user information in accordance with its own privacy policy and applicable data protection regulations (such as GDPR and CCPA).
4. How We Use Information
Information collected by third-party services may be used for the following purposes:
- Delivering relevant advertising and measuring ad performance
- Identifying and resolving issues in the App
- Improving user experience and providing leaderboard functionality
- Compliance with applicable laws
5. Disclosure to Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade user information. However, we may share information in the following circumstances:

7.1 Rights of All Users
You may at any time:
- Uninstall the App to delete all data stored on your device
- Revoke ATT permission via the iOS Settings app
- Disable leaderboard functionality via your device's Game Center settings

If you are a resident of the European Union, European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or UK GDPR:

7.3 Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
We process data based on the following legal grounds:
- Legitimate interests: providing and operating the App, preventing abuse, and improving our services

7.4 Rights of Users in Japan (APPI)
Users in Japan have the right to request disclosure, correction, suspension of use, or deletion of their personal data under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI). To make such a request, please contact us using the information at the end of this policy.
8. International Data Transfers
We are based in Japan. Through use of third-party services (Google AdMob, Apple Game Center, etc.), your information may be processed on servers outside of Japan, including in the United States. Such transfers are conducted under the safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses, etc.) applicable to the relevant service providers.
9. Children's Privacy
The App is rated "4+" and is suitable for all ages.
However, we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 (or such other age as may be required in your country).
If you become aware that a child has provided personal information to us without parental consent, please contact us using the contact information at the end of this policy. We will promptly delete such information.
For ad delivery via AdMob, Google provides mechanisms for child-directed delivery. We comply with applicable laws and use appropriate age-restriction settings.
10. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect user information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated policy will be effective when posted on this page. For significant changes, we may notify you within the App or on the App Store page.
If you continue to use the App after changes are made, you are deemed to have accepted the revised policy.
